AGRANA HR team awarded with bronze BEST RECRUITERS seal
The AGRANA HR team is proud to have been awarded the bronze BEST RECRUITERS seal 2022/23 in the BEST RECRUITERS survey.
BEST RECRUITERS is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking countries and annually evaluates the quality of recruiting measures of the top employers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The study includes over 200 scientific criteria from the areas of recruiting presence, job advertisements and dealing with applicants.
The award of the BEST RECRUITERS seal reaffirms that a respectful and friendly approach towards potential new employees is of great importance to AGRANA. We see the award as a confirmation of our efforts to continuously develop our quality standards in the search for new talents as well as motivation to follow new recruiting trends.
