TraineeNet Award 2018

As we carry out our trainee programs on a highly customized level, in 2018 AGRANA received the TraineeNet Award for true and fair trainee programs. As part of the certification, it was checked whether the trainee program meets the requirements defined in the "Trainee Brand" (academic degree, job rotations, fair salary, talent promotion). Our trainee programs included intensive conceptual work within HR and the respective specialist departments, in which the best-qualified trainees were selected by selection selection of an assessment center. Our trainee programs also include internal mentoring with AGRANA mentors, project work, job rotations within the AGRANA Group and intensive training modules. Our past trainee programs were launched as part of a joint kick-off event during which trainees AGRANA got to know board members and the management.

With our trainee programs we want above all to offer our junior employees a good start and development opportunities in order to invest in the future of AGRANA.
