My name is Elena Kukhtenko. I work at AGRANA Fruit in Moscow | Russia in the production area as a packer.

Which aspects of your everyday working life in a technical profession interest you most?

I like my working day because I work with different types of finished goods and, of course, because of my colleagues. It is very important for me that I work in a friendly and united team.

Can you share with us a tip why women should decide to work in a technical position?

Many people warned me that it would be difficult to work in the production area, but I tried it and it turned out that I really liked it. My advice is that nobody should be afraid of physical work; the most important thing is to understand the process and learn everything. Then it will work out! If you don’t try, you will never know.
