Please introduce yourself!
My name is Nan Zhao and I work as a Quality Supervisor in the Fruit division in Dachang | China. Currently I work on projects in the fields of raw material quality control and production line quality control. My tasks include quality control lab physicochemical tests and customer complaints.
What do like most about your job? What do you appreciate about your team?
I really like having to communicate both internally and externally with so many different people and I appreciate that I can gain so much knowledge from other people. Second, I like the teamwork atmosphere; my team and colleagues are always positive, and we work really well together. I think this is very important to support our daily work.
How do you spend your lunch break?
I usually have lunch in the canteen. Before the COVID-19 outbreak, I usually had lunch with my colleagues but now I eat alone, socially distanced, to stay safe.
What has been the best day in your job so far?
The best days in my working life so far were the AGRANA Fruit China Twenty-Year Anniversary and the annual party in 2020. That day was my birthday and I received the Ten Years of Service Award.
