Hi, my name is Leila Oliveira, I was just promoted this year in early April to the role of Production Cook in our AGRANA Fruit production site in Brazil.

Why did you decide to work in a technical profession?

I chose a technical profession to receive a good qualification and expand my knowledge.

Which aspects of your everyday working life in a technical profession interest you most?

I really like the responsibility of my role and the paradigm shift that we can perform through technical functions.

Can you share with us a tip why women should decide to work in a technical position?

I think that it is very important to have self-confidence, because when you want to learn - everything becomes easy.
