What is your name? In which department and at which site are you working at the moment?

My name is Peter, and I’m supporting the Corporate Sales & Marketing team at AGRANA’s head office in Vienna as an intern.

Which tasks will you be dealing with in the coming weeks?

My tasks include things like providing analytical support in the B2B and B2C areas as well as in connection with projects and marketing events. For example, I am currently helping to analyse our annual customer survey results so that we can continue providing optimal customer care and service in all areas. As a team, we are also busy coordinating and preparing informative materials for our trade fair stand at an upcoming (virtual) trade fair.

What have you particularly enjoyed about your internship so far?

From the first day on, I have had the chance to contribute and to work independently. My colleagues involve me as a valuable member of the team and are always on hand to answer my questions and requests for help in an understanding and friendly way.

Why did you decide on AGRANA as an employer?

For me, the opportunities that AGRANA can offer as an international player in the food industry are perfect since I am extremely interested in topics such as careful nutrition and current developments in this area. At AGRANA, I can experience and shape these developments through a diverse range of exciting tasks.

How is the working atmosphere in your new team?

I find the working atmosphere very pleasant since my colleagues are always willing to help and friendly and there’s also a chance for a coffee or a delicious lunch together. The atmosphere in the team is also very pleasant because there's always time for a laugh.
